Belt Brigade Handmade Leather Belt Includes Donation of Belt to First Responder

This is the highest quality belt you can find and probably the last belt you'll ever need because of the natural full grain leather we use.

For every belt purchased, we will give a belt to a first responder who's on the frontlines of the fires.

Why

Our shop was evacuated from the massive Los Angeles wildfires in January, 2025. We were fortunate to have survived the fires and we were able to make belts from the Belt Brigade, our mobile leather shop retrofitted out of a retired fire truck. We want to express our gratitude to first responders and give back to the community by giving them a belt with every belt purchased.

The Belt Leather

Our Belt Brigade leather belts are made out of full grain 8-10 ounce leather. They are thicker than most belts you find in stores and they feel super solid in your hand. We source the best full grain latigo, skirting and English Bridle leather in the United States from all three of the major tanneries - Horween,  Hermann Oak, and Wickett & Craig. These three tanneries are what is left of major tanneries in the US with workmanship and methods of proper craftsmanship for tanning leather. Working closely with these tanneries we source batches of leather that will last decades and perhaps a generation or two by using proper techniques for longevity.

Three colors to choose from. Black belt comes with antique silver buckle. Dark Chocolate and Rust belts come with antique brass buckle.

Sizing

Belt sizes are based on standard American jeans sizes. If you wear Levi's Jeans in size 34", order a 34" belt.
