They are proper belts. These belts are appropriately thicker than most belts you find in stores and they feel super solid in your hand. Working closely with these tanneries we source batches of leather that will last decades and perhaps a generation or two by using proper techniques for longevity.    \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eSizing\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eBelt sizes are based on standard American jeans sizes.  For example if someone wears Levi's Jeans in size 34\", order a 34\" belt.
